Need help on voice mail

Dear Friends. I need a help. When some body ring Ext 1000 if it is not answered, it should go to next Ext 1001 and if it is not answered,it should got 1002 and if it is not answered it should to go voice mail for fist ext 1000. How to do this in call manager and in unity server.

Good Afternoon,

CallManager:

1. Voice Mail Profile is present

2. Within Telephone device (ext 1000) be sure that "Voicemail" is not checked on any option.

be sure that "Forward Busy...Coverage Destination" contains extenstion 1001.

be sure that "Forward No Answer...Coverage Destination" contains extenstion 1001.

3. Within Telephone device (ext 1001) be sure that "Voicemail" is not checked on any option.

be sure that "Forward Busy...Coverage Destination" contains extenstion 1002.

be sure that "Forward No Answer...Coverage Destination" contains extenstion 1002.

4. Within Telephone device (ext 1002) be sure that "Voicemail" is checked on:

"Forward Busy...Coverage Destination"

"Forward No Answer...Coverage Destination"

5. Be sure the subscriber (1000) has a mailbox in Unity

You may want to change your phone template to include four lines so that you can roll over the number from extension to extension. I'm not sure what phone model you are using, but some phones do not allow this.
