Need help with sql query to generate report

Hi, I'd like to generate a report from Call Manager of all in use Forced Authorization Codes. Unfortunately I can't find any pre-defined query's in analyzer. Can anybody help? Thank you, I appreciate your help in advance.

You'll probably want to ask this on the IP Telephony forum - that's where Call Manager users/support folks are.
