We need to offer a second language on unity but it is a First Nations language which is not available on the language packs. Who would we contact to obtain information on changing one of the existing languages over to Ojibwe? We have some of our users who do not speak or understand English or French.
The best I can suggest is to ask your account team to put a PER request in for that language support - generating a new language is not as simple as just recording your own prompt set - there are phrase server DLLs that need to be generated that dictate how particular prompts are put together to say phrases (i.e. time stamps) for the particular language correctly - just recording all the prompts you can find in the system into the new language will not likely produce an acceptable result. This will require work from the conversations, localizations and prompt recording crews so it'll need to be put on project schedule to get done.
