What is the intended purpose of this application? Is this intended to speed up the provisioning process for the Level 3 admin or is it intended to distribute the MAC process to a Level 1 support team that doesn't even know what a CallManager is? I like what I see so far from this product but it lacks some security. We want to use this product to offload typical MAC activities to local admin at SRST sites but I see no way to lock down that admin templates specific for that site. Is there a way to do this? Is there a development timeline that would include this functionality. VPT team?

I have the same thing right now. I think VPT is still maturing. It's a great tool to give a junior admin to do MACs without giving them access to ccm or Unity.
But you are right, at the SRST level, there is no tiered access for them to only use "their" designated template in VPT. They could select from any template, etc.
