newly added supervisor is not shown in desktop administrator

My customer just added a new user to IPCC 5.0.2 as an agent and supervisor and I verified the all the configuration are done correctly, however, when he goes into the Desktop Administrator to reset password, the newly added supervisor is not listed in Supervisor section. Also, Add or Delete buttons are greyed out as well.

You can try. highlight callcenter and under setup do sync, and see if that brings them in.
