The full error in the event log probably has a login id, etc that may not be set up in the ccm directory or may have wrong password, or may not have the devices associated to the user correctly, or CTI application use checkbox not checked on the user page, amongst other things.
Since you can't also login to CCMAdmin page, are u using right passwords? sounds like something went astray with the authentication on the system perhaps.
