I have configured System Call Handler and during and there is no standard greeting configured, its transferring call to an extension, and its during supervise transfer.
Once its doing the supervise transfer it says 'wait i tranfer your call' and the extension is ringing. But i can hear ring back or MoH. But the extension is actually ringing and he can pickup the call and the talk.
For release to switch i can hear the ring back tone. But our requirement is to set to supervise transfer in order to hear the MoH if the extension is busy.
The normal MoH is working in CUCM. Also i configured the common device config and selected the MoH and applied on the voice mail ports.
CUCM unity connection integration is via SCCP
PSTN ----h323-GW----> CTI RP ----->Unity Connection ---->System Call Handler---->Supervise Transfer ----> CUCM---->extension (sccp phone)
