No Old Message and cannot check voicemail via ip phone

Hi all,

I'm integrating Unity 7 with AD 2008 and Exchange 2007.

But when i check message with the phone there's no voice mail message there

but when i check message with webmail exchange there's a voice mail there and i can hear the message.

Please advice

Hi,

I would have a look at previous post https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/1200570#1200570

It's possible that Exchange is changing the Message Class of the message with some sort of disclaimer or potential virus scanner, thus not allowing Unity to see it.  Unity is looking for IPM.Note.Voice.Unity.  If something is touching these messages and modifying the class to anything other than that, Unity will not see the messages.  Also, Unity requires all messages to be sitting in your Inbox view.  Keep in mind if you move messages out of the Inbox with any type of rules, Unity will not see the messages.
