No ports on the voice server are available for outgoing calls

I have confirmed that the voice mail ports and the number it is trying to dial is in the same partition. All ports are currently registered with Call Manager.

This is a 4.2.1 Integration with 5.1(2)Call Manager

I needed to recreate the integration for this to work...
