I have one user who dont get his voicemail in his outlook.
i went on his unity account, unified messaging accounts and test his account and failed
it says failed accessing XXXX@xx.com on svc-ews... (i ve replaced the email to xxx)
the useless exchange team is saying unity issue but dont really help much...
i check his AD account and can see the unity live service account having full access
any idea?
