Hello,

Don't have a guide, but if you have a 11XX Nortel series phone, you can change the firmware to a sip one and then try to register to CCM as a third party sip phone.

I think your audience might need more information on the type of integration you are hoping for in order to help you. Are you keeping the Nortel PBX and want to dial between Nortel and CallManager (PBX integration) Are you wanting to run the Nortel phones on CallManager?

Good news. It seems you are going to Cisco. Take a look at nortel documentation I think you should have, and change using an tftp sever the 11XX series firmware to a sip firmware. Then try to join the SIP Nortel Phone to Call Manager using an standar SIP profile in Call Manager.
