Not able to access MCS 7816 6.0

Hi all,

when I access the Media Convergence server through browser,I can access its "OS Administration" with the configured username and password,It does not take the username and password for the"CM Administration,Serviceability & Disaster Recovery system" options

Anybody has the solution !

are you using the username / pwd you created during the install or another user to which you granted access??

are the DRF services running??

Yes , I am using the same username/password I created during Installation

DRF services are not running
