One the user is not able to logged in to the CAD .
getting error "An Exntension on the agent phone is not unique and is configured on multiple partitions. This configuration is not supported."
We checked the extension which is not duplicate.

Hi.
Try to remove the phone association with the PG user / RMCM user (in case of UCCX) an associate it again.
