Not connecting to unity admin via web browse

Recently upgraded from 4.0 to 4.2 was able to access after upgrade but now not able to access from my computer or on the unity server,

This is the error message i get from the web browser on unity:

Error from authentication subsystem.

hr=0x8004054B (The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.\x0D\x0A)

There may be additional information in the Application log (use the system Event Viewer).

Please see your Cisco Unity system administrator for more details.

As the error states, Unity is not able to authenticate with AD. Check App Log for errors related to AD connection failure. Also, DCGC Reconnect tool can be used to check if connectivity between Unity and AD is working fine or not. And since this issue has started occuring after the upgrade, it could be possible that all the directory service are not using Directory Service account as logon as.

If none of this works, then can u give more details as to if anything was changed during the upgrade, what patches were installed on the box ??
