In one of our client setup, we had setup a H323 gateway between CUCM 6.0 with Avaya Call Server and the communication is fine but when we call any of the Avaya extensions the caller display name is not showing on their phones but when they call us we can see their display names. When i have checked with the Avaya engineer he confirmed that there is no issues at their end and we need pass the vales from our CCM. But internally if i call any of our extensions i can see the display name.
Please let me know is there any specific configuration for this.
