Does the Cisco CM 7970 Series phones allow the user do start dialing a call without pressing the Line, Speaker Button or lifting the handset? I just want to start dialing the number and the phone go off hook automatically.
you can start dialing a call on-Hook but the phone cannot tell when you want it to go off-Hook so you'll have to do that manually by pressing speaker button or dial softkey.
