One way audio issue

HI.

when we are calling from remte end as a ICT call we recieved the call and hear the voice but from our side voice is not going pass through.

even we are not able to dial calls to that region. its a ICT with gatekeeper and checkd each everything , it was running setup.we are able to ping ip phones and the servers

Hi,

  From phone  A console try to ping the other phone B ip.   This might be a network issue...

Try to ping the destination side phone ip from the origiating side using the extended ping....

Hi,

we are able to ping other side IP phone .when we are trying to call that phones its getting engae tone every time.

Some setup as well as one way audio issue is coming.

Plse suggest to resolve the issue
