Operation Manager 8.6

Hi All,

We got newly installed CISCO unified Operations Manager 8.5 and its now upgraded to 8.6.

Billing server is been added in CUCM pointing ops-mgr, but in the service monitor call data status stills show N/A. NO DATA in Service Statistics manager reports.

Any help and suggestions. Also suggest any documents releated to Operation manager suite 8.6

Hi,

to receive call statistics except CDR data you have to enable also CMR.

Also to make sure that data are dropped add to Billing Server your local ftp server and check if CUCM sends data.

BTW. There is already version 8.7
