Hi
A costumer wants a IVR which transfer a call after Locution to operator and if she is busy, put the call on hold.
I can do that using the "Supervise transfer" option in a "Call Handler/transfer rules" and "Put Callers on hold without asking"
The problem is the calling number that shows to the operator is the Voicemail pilot instead the original caller number because UC is forwarding the call.
So, Is there any way to publish the original number when a Call Handler transfer the call using Supervise Transfer?

CallManager System Parameter:
Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity = True
