Oubound Dialer is not getting Registered

Hi All,

We are using

ICM 7.2.4

Call Manager 6

We have installed dialer with 90 ports. In the dialer window it shows as [CM-A][CTI-A][Ports: C90,R0,B0][MR-A]. The dialer ports are showing as configured but not getting configured. MR PIM is also in active state.

the Dialer ports are getting registered in CCM. I added these dialer ports in Call Manager as Standard 30 VIP phones. I added these phones to PGUser as well. CCM PG is operational.

Hi All,

This issue got fixed for me.

We created Device target as 11000. The same no's we provided to Dialer's as well. After changing the dialer number to 61000 series, dialer ports were registered.
