Is anyone known if there is an option in CUCM to update the time to wating for answer on an outbound call. I have a scenario that on outbound call if target destination does not answer within 2 minutes, call will drop from my end. I am looking for option to extend this longer then 2 minutes but could not find any setting from Service Parameter. The reason for this is that there are some IVR out there that has message longer than 2 minutes and acting as ring back tone and the call is not connected yet unless user selects one of the option from IVR. Then the call will connect and route to target destination.
