PC Attendant Console Directory not populating

Greetings,

I have a CCMBE with the aforementioned PC Attendant console. End Users are associated with both a DN and a Device, yet I cannot pull them to the PC Attendant Console directory.

What am I missing?

Does the user have the "telephone" number filled in? the directory does not know about DN/Device associations. It relies upon whats filled in with the telephone number. at the very top
