I did a test apply of 912945 and this update does impact PCA. I contacted TAC and they verified the problem. DDTS CSCsd65480 has been assigned. We are running Unity 4.0(5) in production and that is the only version I have tested the update with. The impact is the user has to click on the Record or Play button twice. The first mouse-click does not work. I see similar behavior with CallManager admin interface and this also was reported to Cisco. I have alerted our SMS/SUS folks not to deploy this update until we have a fix.
