Existing Setup:
Unity 4.0.3 UM with separate Exchange 2003 server. However, Unity server was not reconfigured for 2003. It still has 2000 Management tools, etc Working OK.
Server hardware is being replaced. Building new server online with new name and IP. Installing Ex 2003 Management tools, Ex 2003 SP1 and Unity 4.0.3 on new server.
Question: Will running Permissions Wizard on the new server using the same AD accounts being used on the existing server create problems for the existing server?
Once the new server is built, DiRT will be used to back up the existing server, shut it down and restore on the new one.
TIA.
Tony.

No, Permissions Wizard only ever adds rights for accounts, it never takes them away - so running it on your new server against the same or existing accounts is not going to cause a problem.
