Personal Communicator (CUPC) 7.0 for Mac problem

Hi All,

I have installed CUPC 7.0 for Mac and I have got a kind of problem with it - it does not see the status of other users. It is configured for Deskphone, it shows its own presence status, I can place calls to other phones, and another CUPC 7.0 that I have got on PC machine can see the Mac user as "Available". But there is nothing on the Mac CUPC screen in Contacts field and in Recent field I can see calls to and from PC CUPC but without any presence status. PC CUPC shows everything all right and CUCM and CUPS settings for PC CUPC and Mac CUPC are the same. Any idea what it might be?

Also one more thing. Both PC CUPC and Mac CUPC are setup for Deskphone mode and controlling 7965 phones with Video enabled. But for some reason on both CUPC screens the icon for placing a video call is greyed-out. Any reason why?

Nothing to bother about any more - the problem is sorted now. It was a problem with e-mail address format in the customer's AD for this Mac user.
