Phone Designer - unable to connect to the server

Just installed it. Read the installation guide cover to cover but I dont get past the initial sign-in.

As always it seems cisco's install guide has omitted some critical bit of information that they take for granted.

help me please

Check the user ID on CUCM. It's case-sensitive. e.g. on CUCM, the user is JDoe, you can't use jdoe to log in Phone Designer.

If that didn't fix the problem, you need to create a problem report and attach here.

HA!

I got it, apparently you cant use the IP of UCM. I put the hostname in and it worked, which is officially the silliest thing I have seen this week.
