Phone Proxy and double NAT?

Is it possible to use the phone proxy feature on the ASA if the ASA is behind a cable modem doing NAT? What I am seeing is, on the phone connecting from the internet, it lists it's callmanager as the NATed address on the outside of the ASA not the publicly routeable address on cable modem.

If NAT is required for Cisco UCM, it must be configured on the security appliance, not on the existing firewall.
