Phone shows bullseye and Hangs after Factory Reset
So i had an issue with the "Authentication load failure" on my 7941. I loaded an 8.5.2 code into both call managers but the 7941 was still trying to download the old code I had in there, which was 8.5.3. Now I did a factory reset but the phone comes up as upgrading and it download the term file then it shows a bullseye and reloads itself, it does this constantly? How can I fix this and how can I get current phones to download the new code in call manage rather then the old one that was in there? Is the problem that the term41.default file is not on the call manager? thanks
