PIMG issue for connecting CUC and Nortel PBX, need help
We use 8 ports UNITY-PIMG-DIG to connect a Nortel PBX and Cisco Unity connection. Once it works fine. Now we meet a problem. The first two ports of the PIMG can not pick up the call and transfer it to the Unity correctly. It makes Nortel PBX identify this as a failed call and transfer it to the Nortel attendant. I make a simple test, when I connected the line once was plug in the first two ports of PIMG to a standard Nortel phone, it rings correctly.
