I notice lots of messages in the Application Event Log on the Win2003 box running UCCX Express ... but they (mostly) contain boilerplate text which seems out of place to me.
"The description of Event ID ( 2 ) in Source ( Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics Service ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display mesages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event. FCVRS999 APC statments queued are 0, highwater mark is 196."
Is this normal? Or, if I installed some DLL or other, would I see more explanatory text?
