Port is configured to not answer calls

The following errors keep showing up for ports that are configured to not answer incoming calls

Description:

Port 13 has received an incoming call. This port is configured to not answer incoming calls, so the call will be ignored..

we are running Unity 4.0(3)SR1

On the callmanager side, make sure that port 12 either forwards to port 1 of vm or to operator.

there isnt an option for forward the ports
