1.Unity 4.2x, if a Unity port has been locked, will the rest of ports can be used?
2. CCM will treat the locked port as busy or idle?

1. Yes, if an individual port is locked, the remaining ports should not be impacted.
2. Depends on how the port is locked. For one example, if a port has unregistered from CCM, then CCM will treat it as out of service.
