Port setting or PBX programming?

Hi All,

We use a Unity 4(0)1 unified messaging with Exchange 5.5 which is tied into our Norstar PBX using a 4 port analog board. Now we are experiencing the following issue: Sometimes when a call comes in for a certain extension, if the owner of that extension is listening for his messages the new caller will be dumped in the main mailbox without having the chance of leaving a message to the owner of the extension. The caller could leave a message on the main mailbox.

I noticed that we rarely use all 4 ports, and while testing this issue max 3 ports were used.

Could be a port setting in Unity or it could be something related to the PBX programming
