Presence 7 failover

Howdy,

I have two presence server 7.0(3) setup in high availability mode.

When i drop the primary server presence stops working. When i login again it connects to the backup ok but presence fails.

Cupc problem report shows this:

Any ideas what to look for?

CUPC log won't tell you too much on this issue. To troubleshoot SIP/presence issue, you'd better do a sniffer capture on the CUPC computer.

On the server side, SIP Proxy and Presence Engine logs would help. Set the trace level to debug.
