Presence 8.0 contact status

Hello,

I have installed CUP version 8.0 in the lab environment. The installation has been successful, however I am getting some issues on Personal Communicator. If I log in PC and my status changes automatically depending whether I am free or on the phone. However the status on my contact list does not change. In fact it remains greyed. I have attached a screenshot for the PC.

Help is very much appreciated to sort out the above problem. Moreover instant messaging is not working as well. Please help.

What's the status of the servers under server health??

Were you able to add that user correctly from LDAP?
