Presence 8.5.4 & Exchange 2010 - no calendar status

I'm trying to run this one down but I cant seem to find the correct logs to review.

The EWS connector is configured and shows correct in the trouble shooter but no status is coming up. I'm guessing

the exchange account doesnt have the right permissions but I cant verify.

Hi

If I recall correctly, the logs for this are part of the UP SIP Proxy or UP Presence Engine services... turn those up to detailed.

Troubleshooter doesn't show much at all, as you've found.
