Hello we have all Exchange components on one server
Is this going to be an issue?
From one of the documents we read that
Presence requires an exchange account with special permissions to query end-user calendar data.
This account should be a member of "Echange view only administrator group"
have "receive as " permissions on all end-user mailboxes
FPRIVATE "TYPE=PICT;ALT=" cisco recommends that you don't install the mailbox role on the server running CAS. when the mailbox role is installed on the same server as Client Access Server, it has been observed that calendaring presence does not work correctly
what could we do?

I don't know why Cisco made such a statement.
In a single-server scenario, you CAS server would be the mailbox server. This has no problem at all.
Actually, from my experience, that's the simplest deployment and you're less likely run into redirect problems as in a multi-server deployment.
