Hi
We have observed that the IM messages is failing in CUPC version 7.0.2 and getting a undeliverd message.
Plz let me know how toi start the troubleshooting for the same.

I would start by taking a sniffer trace from the client PC.
I have seen DNS issues causing this in the past.

Thanks for the reply.However i tried pinging the presence server using the hostname and it was successful.
Can you plz elaborate a little bit how can DNS be a issue.
