Presence not showing thumbnailPhoto

Any help on this would be awesome.  I have been searchign the Internet for days with no solution workign for me.

I have:

AD 2008

Call Manager 8.5.1.11900-21

Presence 8.5.3.10000-59

Jabber for Windows 9.2.3 build 4417

CUPC for windows 8.x

In Presence, I have edited the PHOTO UPC User Field to be thumbnailPhoto

Do I have incorrect AD permissions?

Again, any help on this would be great.

Go it resolved.  I finally found a post that stated I have to enable this attribute to replicate via global catalog.  That did the trick.
