Presence Server and certificate upload

I have presence version

7.0.3.10000-63

when I try to upload the Certificate of the OWA server this is what I get

Unable to initialize, java.io.IOException: DerInputStream.getLength(): lengthTag=127, too big

have you seen this before ?

please help

Cisco has a great docco on how to work with certificates on CUPS 7.0

try this first an follow step by step (aasuming you use 7.0 and win2003/2008)

CUPS cannot accept cert chain. You have to break it into individual certs.

To do that, double click the certificate > go to "certification path" > highlight each cert and click "view" > go to "Details" tab > "copy to file". Use Base-64 format.

Do the same thing for each cert in the cert chain.
