CUPS 1.0.3.1000-8 instalation failed to CISCO MCS 7800 series mashine ( media convergence server)

Hello all

We starting new CISCO server , and our point - to install CUPS 1.0.3.1000-8 ( in the begining). We did all things like described in Cisco documentation. Before instalation "verify integrity of the media" - PASSED;

Next screen appears "The hardware you are using is not supported for this product.

Hardware -check results:

HW type [Vendor/Product] NOT SUPPORTED

Installation will now halt

Question - what to do next ?? How to solve this problem ?

What model MCS server are you using ? If you are using an older server, hardware detection disks wont support it.

The pics of your server looks more like you are using a 7815. If this is a very old version of 7815, you may not be able to use the current Presence server install discs.

I use NEW CISCO mashine MCS 7800 series.

It was bought togehter with CUPS 1.0.3 and CCM

Hi - this cant be, because CUPS and server 7800 server "calculated and sold" lithuanian CISCO direct personal people. I hope - they know what selling :-) . i will ask them. :-)..
