Presence status incorrect when user is logged into extension mobility

When this user is logged into CUPC and extension mobility from a temporary workstation the status says on the phone permanently. Any ideas?

Check at the following places:

  • server health on the CUPC client. Check for the soft / desk phone mode and presece server health?
  • can you resolve the domain name from the CUPC client machine.?
  • are you using ALL ACL on the presence server or you are using diget credentials.?
  • Is the end user associated with the phone and the CUPC client both?
