Problem dhcp cucm 6.1(2)

I have installed a cucm

then I activated the dhcp monitor service and started the service.

I add a dhcp server and configured it

it don't works

when I tracert it with the RTM I get

this error

exec cmd sudo -u root /etc/init.d/dhcpd status

dhcpd is stopped

cmd sudo -u root /etc/init.d/dhcpd status exit with code 3

does anyone know what it means?

I have yet to be successful with DHCP and CUCM on Linux. I have offloaded everyone to a windows server or a local Gateway with a DHCP scope. It's too hard to manage, monitor and setup to use the DHCP on CUCM I have found
