Problem in Cisco Unified IP Phone 8961: How to register in Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1.(3)
I am trying to register our 8961 Cisco IP Phone to register to the CUCM 7.1.3 but it doesn't seem to appear in the list of the phones supported. Upon further research, we found out that it is actually a SIP Phone. We tried registering it as a SIP Phone, however we cannot find any user/password field in the phone itself.
