Problem option Phone View in cisco Unity 7

Hi,

I am istalled cisco unity 7 and I am integrate it with Exchange 2003 and CUCM 5.1.3

the solution works well (voice mail), but I am not able to activate the option "Message monitoring in the phone".

when I try to activate it with the option in the phone, the message returned is: " The system can not display the monitoring message in this phone"

I tried with different Gamme (7942, 7962, 9770..) but the same problem.

To configure the message monitoring I bellow the document cisco:

- I create account Application User that have all privilage and associate the subscribers (In call manager);

- I configured the manage Integration In cisco Unity;

Please, can you help me to resolve this problem?

Do you have any idea?
