I installed the latest Click To Call version 8-0-2540. My operating system is Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.

On startup I get Microsoft .NET Framework error :

The detailed log is here:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I had the same problem. And I use workaround.

In my case it helps if I change regional settings to US English, do installation and settings. When starting application next time error still aprears, but you can ignore it and ClickToCall is working anyway.

In my case you also don't see settings when trying to edit them and I have my usual regional settings.

Hello,

what file you was using for this installation?

Hi Trad,

The problem I believe was in the installation of my PC, or some problematic SW. I tested it on three other PCs without a problem.

Thanx, it finally works!

Before you switch back to the original regional settings, make sure you have made all the configuration settings because the configuration windows will be blank after the revert...

Regards, Borut

Thank you so very much matjaz! I had the same problem with local Finnish settings as region, but that helped.

Is that really so, that Cisco doesn´t care about customers outside "US English" region...

Hi all

this problem is solved with an ES version of click to call.

you probably can't get it from the site but you can open a TAC and ask for it.

that is what I did.
