We want to implement an B-ACD at our existing UC520 installation. We used the CCA to set it up. After initial setup we can call the B-ACD queue, get connected, have to wait 1 minute with MOH (????) and after that get transfered to the first agent available. When this agent is busy we stay in the queue till he is available. So except from the 1 minute waiting time everything looks fine.
