Problem with Cisco IPCC Express server Node Manager fails on primary
I have a Cisco IPCC Express high availability installation experiencing application issues on both servers. CCX services for callers are currently running from the secondary server but on the primary server the node manager service fails to start. Additionally, accessing the crs admin web application on the secondary node is very sluggish (server itself and other applications are ok - only crsadmin slow) and gives errors such as below:
Error while handling the input request. Error occurred while performing operation. Please contact your system administrator. You may refer to Application Administration logs for more details.
When attempt to open the control centre, getting:
Error while handling the input request. java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to get cluster config
The issue occurred a few weeks ago, however we have been waiting for a replacement disk since a hard disk failure had also occurred.
