problem with exporting cti ports from cisco communications manger 7.0

Hi,

I am having the following version of cisco communications manager 7.0(1) and cisco unity express 3.2.

I am not able to export the CTI ports from cisco communications manager to cisco unity express 3.2.

am getting the following error.

IOException: Error while determining CCM version -2.

Plz tell me if any secuirty settings has to be disabled for this on the cisco communications manager.

You may have issues with the password you're using for your Application User.  Try using a shorter more simple password as a test, something like Cisco123 or similar and see if you have issues.

There are limitations within CUE with special characters and length that might cause your issue.
