Problem with MPX accessing from an external location
I have a MPX application running 18.104.22.168. Everything seems to be setup normally. When we schedule a meeting and we are located on LAN we are able to get access to meeting.
when an external user attempts to get into the meeting, he opens the link, is able to type his name but when he clicks on the "browser test" link, it gets redirected to MPX private IP address and since user is not connected through VPN, connection breaks.
Do you know how could I fix this?... I read somewhere that there are some registry keys that control this behavior, but I do not want to mess with it without asking first.
Thanks for your help in advanced
P.D. I'm attaching a PDF file with screen captures.
